PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily constructable floor pan for a bath unit in its repairing works at low costs in a short period, even when a trouble like defective piping works under a floor is caused after a construction. SOLUTION: In a floor pan of a bath unit with a floor of a wash place and a supporting part of the bath unit, this floor pan is constituted by forming a supporting part of the bath unit together with components of the floor for wash place, by providing components for a bath pan to be set in adjacent to the wash place pan, and by having a working port and closing cover at the bottom of which at least a worker can work various construction works from upper side of components for the pan of wash place or bath, at the situation that either materials for the wash place pan or materials for the bath pan is installed in an installation part.
