<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article which has uniform micro-structure with fine crystal grains, and which doesn't contain substantially oxides and sulfides, and includes no segregation defects. SOLUTION: This article is produced by a clean metal nucleation casting method which includes one process that forms clean refined metal resource, from which oxides and sulfides are removed by an electro-slag scouring method, and another process that forms the article by the clean metal nucleation casting. This invention also provides the article that is produced by the system that uses the clean metal nucleation casting method.</p> |
