A false twist nozzle is provided with at least one plate as the twist insertion plate having a continuous yarn channel component and a tangential channel and at least one element having an air supply device that extends in parallel in relation to the axis of the yarn channel, corresponds to the twist insertion plate and flows into the acceleration channel. The inventive solution enables a plurality of embodiments for a single thread or yarn sheet treatment. S and Z twist can be freely combined.
