PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold the protomerite depth of a patient's eye by sufficiently supplying a perfusate with respect to a temporary surge phenomenon generated when the closure of a suction hole is opened. SOLUTION: In a perfusion suction apparatus wherein the perfusate is supplied into a patient's eye and the perfusate supplied into the eye is sucked along with waste by a handpiece having a tip which has a suction hole attached to the leading end thereof, suction pressure at a time of suction is detected and the supply amount of the perfusate is changed corresponding to the detected suction pressure.
