PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which removes sense of oppression around a neck part causing stiff shoulders in sleeping and feels cool in summer and warm moderately in winter. SOLUTION: A shape seen from an upper side is a circular arc to prevent the neck part and the shoulders from being oppressed with the pillow. Charcoal 1 wrapped with a dustproof net 2 is housed in the center of the inside, the outer peripheral part of the charcoal 1 is wrapped with cushion members 3 and 4, and the material quality and the replenishing amount of the members 3 and 4 on upper and lower surfaces are varied to be selectively used as a hard type and soft type having different hardness.
