SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet consisting mainly of a nonwoven fabric in which conjugated fibers A comprising a sea component comprising an elastic polymer and an island component comprising a non-elastic polymer and dispersed in the sea component are three-dimensionally interlaced with ultrafine fiber bundles B comprising a non-elastic polymer, characterized in that the three-dimensionally interlaced structure formed from the ultrafine fiber bundles B is looser than the three-dimensionally interlaced structure formed from the conjugated fiber A.
