PURPOSE: An advertising method on the Internet is provided to output a pre-loaded advertisement when the current web page is moved to new web page and to discontinue the advertisement if the new web page is completely loaded. CONSTITUTION: If a user connects to an Internet web page, web page information and advertisement information is loaded(S110). A web browser displays the web page information, and the advertisement information is stored in a memory or displayed on a background(S112). It is judged whether a user wishes to move to a new web page by clicking a hyper-text address of the web page or inputting a new address(S114). When the user moves to the new page, an advertisement being stored in the memory is outputted or an advertisement being located in a background is displayed by moving to a foreground(S116). Advertisement information is loaded with the new web page information by moving to the newly inputted web page(S118). If the new web page information and advertisement information is completely loaded, the outputting advertisement is stopped(S120). The newly loaded web page is displayed the web browser, thus a web page movement is completed(S124).
