Horticultural waste sorting conveyor mechanism, for separating earth, plants, and plastic containers from horticultural waste, has reception funnel, rotating sieve, and variable speed vibrating channel with blower and chutes

The mechanism has a reception funnel (A) with a moving base in which the waste for treatment is emptied, before being sorted by riddling in a rotating sieve (C). The waste is then sorted by density on a variable speed vibrating channel (E) fitted with a bypass power regulated blower (G) and chutes (F).The waste is fed into the funnel via a motorized chain which breaks the waste into two or three parts. In the horizontal position the sieve, by riddling evacuates earth and plant fragments less than 30 mm through its grill. The sieve can be inclined so that it empties fragment greater than 30 mm, these fragments are separated by density on the vibrating channel using the blower and chutes.
