SOLUTION: A micro-energy collecting device is constituted of a conversion element for converting micro-mechanical energy or/and thermal energy into micro-electrical energy, an individual storing device for storing micro-electrical energy, a middle scale storing device for storing electrical energy stored in the individual storing device and a large capacity storing device for intensively storing electrical energy stored in a middle capacity storing device and a system is made up by using the micro-energy collecting device. |
