PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a converging delay in a controlled variable caused when a learning value lacks the validity since an operation resting period of a vehicle becomes long without operating an upper limit value and a lower limit value of a feedback quantity. SOLUTION: The operation resting period being time up to ON from OFF of an ignition key of the vehicle is calculated as elapsed time (S100). When this elapsed time becomes long by exceeding prescribed time, for example, a half year, a weight operation constant W (0<=W<=1) according to the elapsed time is decided (S110). A correction quantity by the feedback quantity is obtained by multiplying the feedback quantity FBCmp by (1+W), and a correction quantity by the learning value is obtained by multiplying the learning value Adpt by (1-W) to calculate the total correction quantity TotalCmp (S130). That is, when the operation resting period becomes long, correction tilted to the feedback quantity from the learning value is performed.
