PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and sanitarily execute an inexpensive manhole for a short period and repair the manhole into the dense structure of high strength. SOLUTION: When the deteriorated manhole 1 is repaired, the inner wall 2 of the manhole is cleaned, after a water absorption prevent agent is applied, a cylindrical form 7 is installed concentrically with the inner wall 2 in assembling and disassembling structure, and the bottom part 3 of the manhole, an inflow pipe 4, an outflow pipe and the form 7 are sealed by a sealant. A press fitting pump is connected to the filling part 16 of the downward side of the form 7, and a fluidizing restoring reinforcing material is press-fitted and filled. A filling space S defined by the repair face of the inner wall 2 of the manhole and the inside face of the form 7 is continuously filled with the restoring reinforcing material, since the air of the filling space S is pushed upward to be discharged from a filling detection part 24 or the like, mixture of the air to the restoring reinforcing material is suppressed, and makes a structure without any hollow and any joint. Since the restoring reinforcing material is filled at high pressure, the connection of the repair face of the inner wall 2 is strong, and makes the prudent structure. After removal, the device makes the structure superior in waterproofness, strength or the like by applying a cement-based crystal breeding waterproof agent in the regenerated inner wall 2.
