PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building and an assembly method therefor capable of forming a boundary wall at a construction site. SOLUTION: A pair of receiving members 16C are attached between a small beam 16A for supporting a boundary wall provided at a plane position for forming a short side extension part 3A of the boundary wall 3 and another ceiling small beam 16B close to it, and an additional small beam 16D is attached between the receiving members 16C to facilitate the formation of the short side extension part 3A of the boundary wall 3 at the construction site by this additional small beam 16D. A substrate member 25A between small beams stretched between side faces of a plurality of small ceiling beams 16 facilitates the formation of a long side extension part 3B of the boundary wall 3 at the construction site. Consequently, the boundary wall 3 can be easily formed even at the construction site even if there is a bent part bent into L shape.
