PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the dielectric strength of a pulse transformer and to realize the miniaturization of an igniter generating high voltage pulse. SOLUTION: The igniter 10 comprises a pulse transformer 2 with secondary windings 23a, 23b located dividedly at both ends of first winding 22 so wound that the terminals may locate at both ends of a stick-shaped core 21, and a oscillation circuit 3. At least both end part of the stick-shaped core of the pulse transformer, a part of inner space of the cases 1a, 1b, divided into two in order to make the joint part locate at the center part of the pulse transformer 2, is filled with insulation resin 35. |
