PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen sensor low in mass-production cost, usable as a disposable sensor, capable of keeping stable output even if used or preserved in a dry state and capable of being used in a state integrated with enzyme. SOLUTION: An acting electrode 14 and a counter electrode 16 both of which comprise Ag containing 2-40 weight % of organic matter are formed on a PET substrate 12 by using an Ag paste and a screen printing method. A spacer 18 having a window 18a bored therein is bonded onto the substrate to expose the sensing part 14a of the acting electrode 14 and the sensing part 16a of the counter electrode 16 from the window 18a. Further, the window 18a is filled with an electrolyte-containing material 20, and an oxygen permeable membrane 22 is bonded to the spacer 18 to constitute a dissolved oxygen sensor 10. In this case, the thickness of the acting electrode 14 and the counter electrode 16 is preferably 2-50 μm. The electrolyte-containing material 20 preferably contains at least a highly volatile organic solvent and an organic electrolyte ionized even in the organic solvent. |
