PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain general-purpose clothing capable of effectively preventing penetration of water from bottoms of sleeves. SOLUTION: This clothing has bottoms of sleeves formed by using a belt-like base having stretchability at least in the lengthwise direction and waterproofness. The belt-like base is integrally provided with a main body part having one side edge part attached to the tip part of the sleeve part and with an outward extension part extended from one edge part in the lengthwise direction of the main body part to the outside of a split ring-shaped body so that the cleft ring-shaped body having a cut part is formed. The belt-like base is provided with a retention means for retaining the wound state of the outward extension part on the outer peripheral surface of the cleft ring-shaped body. |
