<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of fully charging a battery that conducts a backup as well as lengthening the backup time. SOLUTION: In the device, a main battery 102 is connected to a boosting circuit 104, which is connected to an IC 108 composed of a first regulator 110, a second regulator 112, a changeover circuit 114 and a switching element 116.
