PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin made shroud that is manufacturable at a reduced cost and in a shortened period. SOLUTION: A shroud body 30 and feet 52 constituting the resinous fan shroud 10 are each individually formed from a material comprising a thermoplastic resin. The shroud body 30 and feet 52 are joined together via body-side rail portions 60a and 60b and foot-side rail portions 64a and 64b respectively provided on them. Weld surfaces 70a and 70b between the body-side rail portions 60a and 60b and foot-side rail portions 64a and 64b are flat in a perpendicular relationship. The body-side rail portions 60a and 60b have a longer length than the foot-side rail portions 64a and 64b.
