PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation apparatus by which the cost of a link is corrected properly when the vehicle runs down the other route by disregarding a set route. SOLUTION: A set-route deviation section is detected. The cost of the link which is contained in the set-route deviation section in road map data is increased and corrected according to the number of times of deviations. On the basis of the corrected cost of the link, an optimum route up to a destination is set. Thereby, when the other roads are run by disregarding the set route, the cost of the link is corrected properly. When a routes is searched after that, the optimum route can be searched on the basis of the corrected proper cost of the link. |
