PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor information distributor distributing image information denoting an image of a monitor object to a monitor center and a monitor support unit displaying the image information to which the monitor center applies prescribed processing that can flexibly cope with diversified monitor objects and maintenance and operation forms. SOLUTION: The monitor information distributor is provided with a man- machine interface means 11 that takes man-machine interface to either or both of setting and edit of superimposed information to be displayed while being overlapped on an image denoting a monitor object, a storage means 12 that stores superimposed information that is set via the man-machine interface means 11 or edited, and a distribution means 14 that distributes the image information and the superimposed information to a monitor center 13 that displays the image information denoting an image and the superimposed information stored in the storage means 12 via a link formed with the monitor center 13.
