<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerization cell for a solid electrolytic capacitor which forms a uniform solid electrolyte layer without foaming, at filling of a polymerization liquid and facilitating control of the temperature or leveling of the liquid. SOLUTION: A polymerization cell comprises a supplying route provided in a base part, which is connected with the inside of a cell body 1 filled with a polymer solution 8, a jet-preventing plate 3 provided at the end of supply route 2 so as to suprress a polymer solution 8 supplied from this supply route 2 from jetting, a guide plate 4 provided toward the center of the tank body 1 for controlling the rising of the level of the polymer solution 8 supplied via the jet-preventing plate 3, and a solution level control mechanism which controls the quantity of a polymer solution 8 in the tank body 1, for forming a uniform solid electrolyte layer without foaming at filling of the polymer solution 8 in the tank body 1, since high operation efficiency and filling can be made in a very short time, and making easy control of the temperature or the level of the solution.</p> |
