PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic information estimating device for allowing anybody to easily and securely perform the setting and correcting work of each kind of parameter to be used for estimating traffic information and a traffic information providing system for providing a driver, etc., with estimated traffic information outputted from the traffic information estimating device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a traffic information estimating means for estimating the traffic information by using sensor information data, road map data and each data of the parameters for estimating information and a parameter adjusting means for correcting the parameters for estimating information so as to improve the estimating precision of information.
