PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the construction of I/F(interface) between a burn-in test device and an insertion and extraction machine and facilitate a burn-in test without causing a mistake in exchanging data in each information file such as installation position information on burn-in board and measurement result and the like. SOLUTION: Information files 21, 22, 23 and 24 are stored in a file server 2 corresponding to respective burn-in board 7, and the file server 2 totally manages them, thereby, the information files 21, 22, 23 and 24 are commonly used by the insertion and extraction machines 3 and 6 and the burn-in test devices 4 and 5.
