PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate measuring method as a method of measuring the molecular weight of a fluorine-based organic compound by size exclusion chromatography(SEC). SOLUTION: A solvent with dichloropentane fluoropropane as a mobile phase is used as an essential component and perfluoropolyether with a molecular weight distribution value less than 1.1 expressed by Mw/Mn is used as a reference sample for measuring molecular weight.
