The gas change valve angle adjuster arrangement has a central bore (2) through the engine camshaft (1). Lubricating oil is supplied to this central bore (2) through an inlet bore (3) and is supplied to the camshaft bearings (7) through a number of oil outlets (6) along the shaft. Opposite the inlet bore (3) is a pressure supply duct (4) carrying high-pressure oil to a camshaft adjuster mechanism (5). In order to reduce the oil pressure to the lubrication outlets (6), the central bore (2) is provided with a throttle point (8) behind the inlet bore (3).
