PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided whose color purity and luminance are not deteriorated even if voltage drop occurs, to maintain high definition and high picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel includes a back substrate on which a plurality of barriers are arranged in parallel, and a front substrate on which sustain electrodes each of which has a transparent electrode(11a) and a bus electrode(11b) for discharging are arranged with a predetermined interval, the front and back substrates being sealed. Both ends of the bus electrode have the shape of symmetrical oblique lines in order to widen light transmission area for the central part of the transparent electrode. The transparent electrode are slanted symmetrically toward the center to widen light transmission area for the center. |
