PURPOSE: An engine cranking device is provided to make an engine cranking device used regardless of the size of an engine pulley during engine cranking and to make the engine cranking device operated conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An engine cranking device comprises a disk member(10) having many arc-shaped connecting holes and a bolt head part, a connecting unit having a bolt hole combined with the connecting hole of the disk member, an inner arm having a slide groove and a bolt hole, and an outer arm mounted in the slide groove and having an insertion pin and a slide hole. Engine cranking is performed by fitting a torque wrench(35) to the bolt head part of the disk member.
