ENZYME-ANTIBODY CONJUGATE AND ENZYME IMMUNITY ANALYSING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An enzyme-antibody conjugate and an enzyme immunity analysing method using the same are provided, thereby the enzyme-antibody conjugate having 1:10,000 or more of final titer when the amount of protein is 0.5 mg/ml can be produced and it also effectively colorizes horseradish peroxidase. CONSTITUTION: The enzyme-antibody conjugate useful for identifying antigen by the enzyme binding immunity adsorption and immune blotting is produced by the steps of: performing dialysis of alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxidase in phosphate buffered saline for 2 hours; passing glutar aldehyde having the concentration of 0.1 to 0.25 through cellulose membrane to activate alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxidase; and binding it with antigen, wherein the immune blotting colorizes horseradish peroxidase with 4CN-DAB.
