PURPOSE: An electric heating sheet is provided to maintain the constant heat over the sheet by arranging the carbon fiber line on the electric heating sheet and by arranging the heating foil as strip form on the carbon fiber line. CONSTITUTION: The electric heating sheet comprises a pair of heating sheets, a plurality of heating foils(10) arranged on the heating sheet as strip form, a plurality of carbon fiber lines used to connect the heating foils, a conductor(40) used to connect the carbon fiber lines, the first electrode(30) connected to the carbon fiber lines over the heating foils, and the second electrode(35) connected to the carbon fiber lines under the heating foils. The heating sheet made of heatproof plastic material has an upper heating sheet(51) and a lower heating sheet(52).
