PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material between a mount of a transporter deck and a coiled heavy object to prevent abrasion which is likely to occur on a contact area between the mount of the transporter deck and an outer peripheral surface of the coil in transporting the coiled heavy object. SOLUTION: A rigid and elastic cold-rolled and unannealed steel plate (1) is covered with a load-resistant and wear-resistant rubber material (2) to form a flat plate larger than a length (L1) of the mount.
