PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable automatic egesta treating device by which an egesta receiving tool is easily and closely mounted to a discharge part and its circumference to surely prevent an excrement liquid leakage and the excrement of a person who cannot perform a treatment by himself or herself are automatically, cleanly and smoothly treated while he or she is lying. SOLUTION: A connection hose tip part which is for sucking egesta and supplying warm water and air and is extended from a movable treatment unit is provided with a pad body part to be arranged to envelop the discharge part and its circumference and to receive egesta, a mouth part arranged in the outer peripheral part of the pad body part and adhered to a human body and a support base part arranged on the lower surface of the mouth part to support the buttocks. An adhesion pad where aggregation grooves and multiple small through-holes by which the excrement liquid leakage is prevented and the mouth part is adhered to the human body are formed is connected to the human body adhesive surface of the mouth part via a connection tube body part so as to be freely attachable/detachable.
