PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the surface of a band including a buckle part as flat as possible. SOLUTION: One end part 11 of a band 10 is advanced into inserting space 22 of a buckle 20, sliding an engagement recessed part 13 to an engagement projecting part 23 of an operating piece 24, and the buckle 20 can be adjusted to an optimum ring diameter of a fitting person. In this state, because the engagement recessed part 13 and the engagement projecting part 23 are locked, the band 10 is not loosened, even if opposite direction force acts on the one end part 11. To release the engagement of the engagement recessed part 13 and the engagement projecting part 23 and to retreat the one end part 11 in the opposite direction of the advancing direction, operating buttons 25, 25 may be lightly held by fingers from a small window 26. As a result that the operating buttons 25 are energized and an operating piece 24 is rotated (counterclockwise rotation in Fig.) with a spindle 27 as a center, engagement of the engagement projecting part 23 and the engagement recessed part 13 located on opposite sides is released and thereby the band 10 can be freely slid.
