<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter and a combined filter which can efficiently purify a fluid, an object to be purified, with a low pressure loss at the time of purification and whose pressure loss value can easily be calculated. SOLUTION: This filter comprises a cylindrical casing having a flow inlet and a flow outlet and so composed as to introduce a fluid such as a gas or a liquid, an object to be purified, into. The inside of the casing is filled with an adsorbent. A filter element is constituted by forming members for preventing leakage of the adsorbent through the flow inlet and the flow outlet while keeping the fluid, the object to be purified, being introduced into the inside of the casing. A plurality of filter elements with such a structure are linearly arranged side by side and filter elements arranged in such a manner are arranged side by side in a plurality of rows and bypass holes to make the object fluid bypassing the filter elements are formed among the filter elements.</p> |
