<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preparing a liquid in which oxygen is dissolved, a process for oxygenating the liquid, and the application of the oxygenated liquid. SOLUTION: A process includes a step (a) in which liquid is introduced under pressure into the first injector 26 and made to flow downward, a step (b) in which oxygen is introduced into the injector when the liquid flows through the first injector 26 to be mixed with oxygen, a step (c) in which the mixture of the liquid and oxygen is introduced under pressure into the second injector 34 and made to flow downward, a step (d) in which oxygen is introduced into the mixture when the mixture flows through the second injector 34, and the liquid is further mixed with oxygen, a step (e) in which the mixture of the liquid and oxygen is introduced into a chamber 42, and undissolved oxygen is released from the mixture to be collected in the chamber 42, and a step (f) in which the oxygenated liquid is recovered from the chamber 42.</p> |
