SOLUTION: Plural correcting rollers 62 are journaled by a frame on one straight line respectively apart each other and in two line, a pair of feed rollers 53 are arranged on its one straight line, a manually operated handle 55 is connected to the feed rollers 53 through a synchronization gear 52.
