METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molding which has a presentable appearance and a good touch without a dent-shaped defect. SOLUTION: First a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 1 is prepared and then is thermally molded using a molding die 3. The surface temperature (Ts1) on the side, where the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 1 comes into contact with the molding die 3 right before coming into contact with the molding die 3, of the synthetic resin sheet 1 is Ts1>= the load deflection temperature of the surface +45 deg.C. The surface temperature (Ts2) on the opposite side to the side where the sheet 1 comes into contact with the mold 3 is Ts2>= the load deflection temperature of the surface on the opposite side +45 deg.C. The thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 1 is thermally molded using the molding die 3 whose temperature (Tm) during molding is the load deflection temperature of the surface of the side where the sheet 1 comes into contact with the die 3-20 deg.C<=Tm< the load deflection temperature of the surface of the side where the sheet 1 comes into contact with the die 3-10 deg.C as heat molding conditions.
