PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a core material and projecting members to the inside of a pipe by pressing the projecting members with the core material into the pipe, and fixing the core material and the projecting members at a desirable position inside of the pipe, and to improve the workability, and to lower the working cost and the material cost of the pipe while eliminating a fitting hole and a clip part for fixing the core material and the projecting member to the inside of the pipe. SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure is formed of a hard resin 21 to be inserted into a pipe part 18 to be reinforced, and projecting members 26 projected from this hard resin 21 and having a diameter a little larger than the inner diameter of the pipe part. The projecting members 26 are made of the foaming resin material, and the projecting members 26 pressed into the pipe part 18 is foamed for expansion.
