PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod comfortable to grip by eliminating the looseness and slipping-off of accessories of the rod. SOLUTION: Accessories such as a handle 2 attached to the base end of a butt section or an armrest are fixed to the rod with a screw 8 inserted in the radial direction. The head of the screw 8 exposed on the outer circumference of the butt section 1 is covered by putting an elastic tube 6 on at least the head-exposed circumference of the butt section.
