PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw jack having a higher lift as compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A metal bearing installed on a bed at the lower end of a jack body, and a main screw shaft on it is supported by the metal bearing. The outer diameter of the metal bearing is made large, and only the sliding face of the upper face or the lower face is made as small as possible.
