PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively preventing the coloring generated due to the other compound component such as a phenolic compound in a system containing an oily dispersion of titanium oxide and one or more kinds of lipophilic titanium oxide powder and to provide a composition for skin, which is prevented from coloring and has high aging stability. SOLUTION: One or more kinds selected from the group consisting of polyamino carboxylic acid and the salt, hydroxycarboxylic acid and the salt, phosphoric acid and the salt, polyphosphoric acid and the salt, metaphosphoric acid and the salt, polymeta phosphoric acid and the salt and a compound having phosphne group are contained.
