PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a piezoelectric element from breaking by reducing an amount of thermal deformation of a laminated channel plate because of linear expansion to be generated when the laminated channel plate and the piezoelectric element are joined by a thermosetting adhesive. SOLUTION: This ink-jet recording head is constituted by joining the piezoelectric element 3 and the laminated channel plate 6. The laminated channel plate 6 joins a diaphragm 7 having a diaphragm part for pressuring a pressure chamber, a chamber plate 8 constituting the pressure chamber, a feed plate 9 for supplying ink to the pressure chamber from an ink pool as a common ink reservoir, an ink pool plate 10 with the ink pool, a damper plate 11 having a damper part for absorbing vibration, and a nozzle plate 12 having nozzles for discharging ink drops. A draft hole 2 is formed to each plate on an extension line in a grooving pitch direction of the piezoelectric element 3. The draft hole 2 reduces the thermal deformation of the laminated channel plate 6 because of the thermal expansion generated when the laminated channel plate 6 and the piezoelectric element 3 are joined by the thermosetting adhesive, thereby preventing the piezoelectric element 3 from breaking.
