SOLUTION: In the kneader A provided with a container 3 to which the liquid resin and the powder are supplied, a rotary shaft 2 which is arranged approximately vertically in the container 3, and agitation blades 1 which are fitted to the lower part of the shaft 2 to protrude radially from the shaft 2, the uppermost blade 1a is positioned to be rotated near the surface of liquid 10 in the container 3.
