PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an intermediate film for sandwich glass which is capable of preventing the degradation in a TL value by the relieving of a coincidence effect without the impairment of the basic performance as the intermediate film for sandwich glass and without the impairment of formability and handling quality. SOLUTION: The intermediate film for sandwich glass is formed by laminating plural plasticized polyvinyl acetal resin films Xa, Xb and Y, in which the plasticizer content of the polyvinyl acetal resin film Y contained with the plasticizer at a highest ratio is A pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl acetal resin and the plasticizer content in the polyvinyl acetal resin film Y contained with the plasticizer at the highest ratio after the sandwich glass is manufactured by mounting the intermediate film for sandwich glass between two planar transparent bodies is B pts.wt. and B-A>=5.
