PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of mounting a car equipment to a car body panel by one touch. SOLUTION: The clip is provided with a base plate 1 having a fixing portion 1a for fixing a car equipment; a support leg 3 extending from opposed side edges of the fixing portion 1a of the base plate 1 toward a mounting hole direction of a panel; and an engagement leg 4 which is folded from a tip end of the support leg 3 to the base plate 1 direction and of which a free end 4a is engaged with the mounting hole of the panel from a back side. The base plate 1 becomes a frame like shape cut off at the developed state of the support leg 3 and the engagement leg 4 such that it surrounds the support leg 3 and the engagement leg 4. Thereby, the car equipment is simply mounted to the panel only by inserting the support leg 3 and the engagement leg 4 of the clip fixed on the fixing portion 1a of the base plate 1 to the mounting hole of the panel. It can be prevented that the clips are entangled at the time of a handling of the clip and a delivery of goods.
