PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel reforming device capable of attaining stabilization state in a short time and having excellent load fluctuation resistance. SOLUTION: The fuel reforming device is provided with a reformer 12 forming a hydrogen-containing gas with the supply of a fuel gas, steam and an oxygen-containing gas, a combustor 14 for supplying a combustion gas to the reformer and a heating medium circulation line 16 for circulating a heating medium between the combustor and the reformer and when the temperature of the heating medium is low, the oxygen-containing gas is supplied to the reformer to accelerate the partial oxidation reaction and the heating medium is circulated between the combustor and the reformer. The heating medium is heated by the heat of the partial oxidation reaction. |
