PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the bonding strength of an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene resin film of a laminate which can be efficiently manufactured by a simple process while improving the processing adhesion thereof. SOLUTION: The laminate 1 is formed by laminating the ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene resin film 4 on a metal material 2 through a polyethylene resin layer 3 of which the dynamic modulus of elasticity at ordinary temperature is 2.0×108×2.0×109 Pa.
