PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet discharge table of a copying apparatus or a printing apparatus capable of positioning a buffer member in a position for effectively absorbing a shock of printing sheet corresponding to the quality of the printing sheet discharged from a printing part. SOLUTION: This sheet discharge table 10 is capable of adjusting the height of a buffer plate 78 to an impact wall body 76 by a position adjusting mechanism 94 to locate the buffer plate 78 in a position for effectively absorbing an impact of the printing sheet P corresponding to the quality of the printing sheet P. In the case of light printing sheet P, the buffer plate 78 is located in an upper position, and in the case of the heavy printing sheet P, the buffer plate 78 is located in a lower position.
