PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method and a washing bag capable of easily removing metal ions contained in the tap water used for washing and improving the washing efficiency. SOLUTION: A sheet-like material made of nonwoven fabric that a polymer containing carboxylic acid is grafted at least by a photograft method and a washing bag using the material are washed together with clothing.
