An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) apparatus is provided to remove the concentration of heat in the upper part of the LCD apparatus by arranging heat sources such as a data driving circuit and a timing control circuit in the lower part of the LCD apparatus, thereby preventing the fault of the LCD apparatus caused by the deterioration of liquid crystal and prevent the life reduction due to the deterioration of plural optical sheets. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) apparatus comprises the followings: a liquid crystal panel(101) including a lower array substrate(110), where data lines and gate lines crossing over the data lines are formed, and an upper array substrate(120) which coheres with the lower array substrate so as to face each other having liquid crystal between the upper array substrate and the lower array substrate; a gate driving circuit(125) which is arranged in a side part of the liquid crystal panel and provides a scan signal to the gate lines; and a data driving circuit(123) which is arranged in a lower part of the liquid crystal panel and provides a video signal to the data lines.
