The invention relates to a floating structure meant to support variable loads out of water. According to the invention, the floating structure is made of six floating bodies, each of them comprising a tube (1) the lower part thereof being open and immersed on its whole surface, while the upper part is out of water and closed by a cover (2) provided with two side orifices where a compressed air intake valve (3) and a retaining valve (4), respectively an air discharge valve (5) for exhausting the air to the atmosphere are mounted. Three longitudinal members (A) and six cross-members (B) are provided in order to secure the said six floating bodies, said members (A and B) being interconnected by welding seams and rigidly mounted onto the covers (2) by means of some studs (10).
