SUBSTANCE: method includes installation in well of unit of directed wave stimulation and provision of hydrodynamic impacts onto said unit. Device for method embodiment includes weight for delivering of hydrodynamic impacts, hoisting mechanism connected with weight and unit of directed wave stimulation. Unit is formed by, at least, two cylindrical members with axial and radial channels. One cylindrical member is built in cement plug. The other cylindrical members are located above cement plug for possible alignment of axial channels. Lower end of member built in cement blind from below. EFFECT: reduced water cutting of well products, higher oil recovery from formation. 5 cl, 1 dwg
